Will 1 OUI from 2008 keep me from getting a trucking job?

i have 1 oui from 2008 are there any companies out there that will hire me have called many and they say 5 yrs. will an ice road company hire me. i live in nh and many companies wont hire me to begin with because of location but now this oui is killing me.

i had to get a job in manufacturing. want to return to trucking. haven't had a drop to drink in 3yrs, lesson learned the hard way. help
