Will a layover go on my record?

Is a roll over the same as a layover and will it go on my record. I was driving a mixer truck and the concrete had dried up in the drum.

I went to make a turn less then 5 miles and the the truck had layedover...

will that go in my record even tho it wasn't my fault?, even my boss said it wasn't my fault
