will a trucking company hire me

Can i drive for any company after a misdemeanor theft charge? Thats all that's on my record. Got a few minor traffic violations and got suspended for three months for the three tickets in a 12relationship month period.

Havent got a ticket in over a year going on two. 21min yo no otr experience however i know every thing there is to know about it everyone in my family drives for prime please let me know

yeah I hope you win the case then you wont have to worry....usually person driving takes all the rap for crime since he has no proof you were in the car, he said she said doesn't work in court he will have to have witnesses that put you in the car, his word alone is not going to work and hopefully you have good attorney....good luck with that.

Last August however im still fighting it because i diddent steal a fuckin thing .. rather than walking 3 miles back home the other person who was driving decited to go steal shit out a car.. and when the cops pulled up he said it was me that was driving boom accomplis charge

point free, ticket free when applying for truck jobs....

tickets fall off after 3 years
dui's after 10 years,

ponits on cdl fall off at different times you have to read dept of motor vehicles handbook...

however, they use justice reports which takes them all the way through your lifetime and history records,.....

how old is theft charge?

I have seen people get jobs with history of crime and I have seen them get rejected.....
