Yes u will if get caught without trailer inspection sticker during a dot inspection. It will also go against u on ur psp(csa) score for failing an inspection. It is the drivers responsibility to do pre/post trip inspections and notify the company when need things done. Don't be fooled into the old trick of they will pay for your ticket...they won't.
