Will i get hired with my record from 3 yrs ago

I just got my license back after 5 years because of unpaid fines penndot added 5 points to it, i don't have a permit for trucking but would like to know if i have a possession of controlled substance and 2 driving while suspended and for going through a stop sign will the company still consider me it happened between 2009 and 2012 i have not done anything since.
