Are you a owner operator? If you are yes. My husband and I are owner ops and we take are 3 years old with us everywhere . He does need to be in a child seat. We hooked ares to the back wall in the bunk.
If your a company driver, you will need to check with them, and you will need a passenger letter from them. If your a company driver dot will sometimes check if you have a letter from the company.
