Every company get a year end report from the DMV.They will find out sooner are later.You are required to report your tickets to you company for insurance.If you don't and they find out on there own you may be terminated anyway for not reporting.What drivers fail to realise is that none reporting get the company in trouble with there insurance.So in short YES they will find out.
