Going OTR Pueblo NEW

Do you have endorsements? Trimac Transportation hires and starts at about $62K per year. Need tanker/hazmat endorsements.
Many companies will hire and put you through a brief refresher to bring you up to date on interstate rules and logs; elogs or paper logs.

Local driving helps
by: Hervy

If you were driving tractor trailer, local driving helps in that it proves that your skills are good enough.

However, it doesn't make you proven for the lifestyle change.

A lot of companies want OTR experience, but a lot of them will hire you based on the fact that you have been driving a tractor trailer regardless if it was local or not.

As far as payrate, it will vary from company to company on whether they give you credit for that experience to give you experienced OTR payrate.

So will and some will give you entry level rate to start.
