I got a dwai 2yrs ago and want to drive a mixer truck, will i get hired if i go apply for the position?

Can you provide a few of those mixer truck companies that will hire, and if you know any in colorado it will be great,

Probably can drive a mixer truck; many of those places don't care.
TransAm will hire you for OTR.
