Yes - Many companies will hire youNEW by: Anonymous
Go to a good company with excellent training. If you're willing to move to a high need area, you can make even more money. The mid-west is huge. One of the best companies for training is Roehl. They have a partner CDL school and have been training drivers for a really long tiem. The site for truck driver jobs is www.roehl.jobs

Of course they would hire you. Probably feel better about putting you behind the wheel instead of some young kid anyways. Most companies now are doing a lot of medical testing on top of their physicals but as long as your in good shape you should fit right in. No better time than now to join the industry either. Companies are dying to put new drivers behind the wheel. The industry is flourishing and its not going to slow down anytime soon. Good Luck
