William needs a second chance

My son is 26 years old. He got arrested in 12/06 for possesion with intent to sell cocaine. While waitting for his trial he went to truck driving school. He drove cross country for almost two years for a company that hires people with felonies.
The company really took advantage of their drivers. He quit his job months ago, thinking he could find another one, with his good driving record.
Well, months have went by and nothing. He has changed his life, doesn't hang out with the same people, and he knows how bad he messed up.
He is really deserving of a second chance. How are people supposed to stay out of trouble if no one will give them a chance to do something with their lives.
We live in the Kannapolis, Concord area of NC
