Me and my girlfriend are looking for team driving. She is 22 turning 23 in dec. I just turned 24. What are the chances our ages may play a roll in the hiring decision?

We actually considered them as one of our top picks. Since they are one of the few companies that train teams together. I guess it's not something most of the companies do.
